I did my Doctoral thesis on Identification of SNPs of Type 1 Diabetes in Indian cohort, which involved prediction of genes associated with T1DM based on statistical analysis of the data. Currently pursuing Masters in Bioinformatics to understand the informatics behind the management of big data.
